Although we haven’t tested it in the rain, it could probably provide some protection if it’s a light rain shower. When you don't want to use it, you can easily fold it up and place it in the corner without taking up space at all. The chair consists of a good quality fabric back and seat which is permanently connected to a collapsible set of legs.

The bag has a decent carry strap and really looks the business in black, with natty orange beading around the perimeter of the chair and bag.
