On the other hand it also gives me a little bit of generic 1990's Saturday market in eastern Europe 5 euro/bottle kind of vibe. I find that the scent comes off as more floral at first, and then leans into the fruit after about an hour and a half or so, before completely disappearing after 4 hours. Top notes are Lavender, Pineapple, Bergamot and Lemon Verbena; middle notes are Red Apple, Dried Fruits, oak moss, Geranium, Coumarin and Rose; base notes are Tonka Bean and Sandalwood. Especially when compared with Platinum Egoiste from 2011, Legend felt like poor and distant relative.

Scent wise, this one is good, will kick in that nostalgia, but after having your nose exposed to all the other scents profiles out there over the years, this may come off as cheap synthetic and generic, in a way.
