It maintains the heart of the TV show while upping the ante enough to make it feel more cinematic in nature. Following on from the announcement that “The Bob’s Burgers Movie” would be coming to Hulu and HBO Max on July 12th, 20th Century Studios has also announced that the film will be available on the same day on digital outlets in the US. The Bob's Burgers Movie is a 2022 American animated musical comedy film based on the Fox animated sitcom Bob's Burgers. Meanwhile, at the restaurant, Bob, Linda and their family-friend Teddy prepare to sell burgers at Wonder Wharf using a portable food stand that Teddy builds in an attempt to come up with the money for the loan and rent. The musical numbers are alright but the "best" one isn't from the movie, but is shown in the extra features (it's a stage performance about butts). The larger budget, time, and animators available to the filmmakers allowed the animation to be more detailed than in the original series, such as adding more light, texture, and shadows into several shots. As the events of the film take place between the 12th and 13th seasons of Bob's Burgers, the plot follows Bob and his family as they struggle to pay their loan after a sinkhole opens in front of their restaurant and affects business, while the kids try to solve the murder of a carnie. The making-of is certainly informative tracing the lines from where the show began to the live shows to the making of the film. Not That Evil" Storyboards and Rough Animation Featuring David Wain: David Wain performs an entire dance routine, with no formal training, to his character Grover's song "Not That Evil. Branca and Arnold appear only in the sequence during the closing credits, in which various characters are seen dancing to the song "My Burger Buns". The heart of the show is still beating strong as you cheer for the Belchers to finally catch anything resembling a break.

The mystery of the hole increases after another discovery, and Louise decides that she has to solve the mystery, prove she is brave and save the restaurant. Metal Detector: Bob and Linda go to City Hall in a version of the movie where they went to City Hall. The menu structure is like any other Disney release with a language menu ahead of the main menu with traditional navigation options. Coming to Digital July 12 and Blu-ray and DVD July 19 is the fun, entertaining romp through Wonder Wharf with the Belcher clan, The Bob's Burgers Movie.Calvin and Felix are first placed into the submarine designed to drown them, giving the Belchers time to escape. The film was released on Disney+ (under the Star hub) in Canada on July 12 and in Europe (excluding Poland, due to a distribution deal with Canal+ Poland for titles from 20th Century Studios), the Middle East, and Africa on July 13, while in Latin America, the film was released on Star+ on July 20. Together with his wife Linda (John Roberts) and their three kids Tina (Dan Mintz), Gene (Eugene Merman), and Louise (Kristen Schaal) he makes the best of owning a struggling burger restaurant near Seymore’s Bay’s big amusement park - Wonder Wharf. Bouchard explained that despite the film still being in production, a new release date announcement was not imminent and would not come until audiences felt completely safe coming back to theaters.

But if the movie was any shorter they’d risk cutting a couple of the great songs that stand up to the heavy hitters from Menken or Sondheim and animated dance choreography that’d humble Michael Kidd or Jerome Robbins. Louise Grabs the Fuse with Commentary by Director Bernard Derriman: A time-lapse of the "Louise Grabs the Fuse" scene being animated, with commentary by Director Bernard Derriman. The family is launched out by breaking a water main and they head back to the Mole Hill, where Louise stops the fuse from burning down the Mole Hill.
