When he sees Eliza across the room he can’t believe he’s finally face-to-face with the woman he dreams of every single night. After years of forming an intimate bond with a mysterious man every time she closes her eyes to dream, a young woman, Eliza, forces herself to find a fulfilling life outside the confines of her own mind. Sure, we can say that the characters are very complex in this way but I'll be the first to admit that I go to smut reads not for real people but unrealistic standards. The first-person omniscient POV can be jarring at first, but once you read for a while, you'll get used to it.

I wince at the way he words that, and Silas keeps his eyes on me for a few more seconds before entertaining it. Access to the Plus Catalogue—thousands of Audible Originals, audiobooks and podcasts, including exclusive series. When I opened my eyes it was with a content sigh, rolling sidelong to face the man who laid in bed with me. Now the best part of the book is the ending, because you finally understand why our narrator is first person omnipresent.

Actions, emotions, body language, silent communication, it’s all written so clearly; I can easily picture the scenes in my head. I understand what Kinword was going for, but Spoiler Inception-ing us was ultimately a frustrating way to end what would have been a 5 star read. And according to the residents of the Japanese island of Okinawa - the world's longest-living people - finding it is the key to a longer and more fulfilled life.

While individually they recognize the other person from their dreams, it doesn’t guarantee the other person has also been experiencing those dreams. This really is a completely unique and interesting piece of literature, and there was a lot that I liked, but a lot of it wasn’t for me. I wouldn’t have expected someone who was too ill to sleep to have spent their night reading my annotations.Silas has a sudden inclination to punch him, to crack the bones in his nose for talking about me like that, for talking about his girl like that—and half a mind to leave him at the bar and go to me right then, finding me alone. Incredible, illustrative world building that is easy to understand is unheard of, but she pulled it off. While they have been dreaming of each other every single night for years, they never truly knew if the other person existed. This is the third time I’ve read this book, and every single time I notice more and more layers to the story. I've read a lot of romance and a good amount of sci-fi but not usually together and I was so happy with this.

I think Karissa did such a brilliant job dropping little hints as to what the ending would look like, it made it all the more poetic and beautiful. He was so beautiful to look at like this, bare and vulnerable, as affected by my touch as I was by just his mere presence. You have Eliza's POV sections which are standard, but then with Silas's POV sections they're written as if there's like two Elizas, an all-knowing narrator Eliza and a character Eliza. Thankfully, Karissa released a special edition of “Forget Me Not” which includes two bonus epilogues from Silas’ POV.When several members of the ring soon turn up dead, Billy abruptly pulls Kate out, blowing her cover. This life-changing Audible Original features a powerful mix of one-on-one life-coaching sessions and a personal narrative with vital take-aways that you can start using immediately.

Eliza and Silas have never met outside of their dreams, until one fated encounter in a transport that has forced them to come to grips with their dreams being an actual reality. The main characters are two fated lovers, as it becomes increasingly clear, destined to be together in real life not just in (SPOILER SPOILER) and then the end comes and BAM!
