It’s difficult for me to advise on which shade would be more suitable for more of a neutral / cooler tone for contour, as I only have this shade. If your face is lighter than the rest of your body, swatch the bronzer shades on the inside of the wrist using your ring finger. If your face is the same shade as the rest of the body, swatch on the top of your hand using your ring finger. A large, tapered, natural fiber makeup brush is ideal for sweeping Powder Bronzer across the forehead, cheeks, jawline and body for a seamless, sun-kissed finish.

If you’re light to medium with warm, cool or olive undertones, ABH recommends using Saddle for a universal bronzing effect. For higher coverage, apply with fingertips and give it a little time to dry down before blending. For sheerer coverage, apply with a stippling brush. It was a very forgiving formula and hard to overdo. For a naturally sun-kissed bronze, choose a shade that is 1–2 shades deeper than your skin tone. For a 'tan glam' look, apply Powder Bronzer to the jawline, side of the nose, tip of the nose, temple and cheek contour using an angled contour brush. I really like this new cream bronzer from Anastasia. It’s nice and easy to apply with a gorgeous creamy texture that lasts really well on the skin. The texture was emollient, lightweight, and thin with moderate glide, which made them work well on top of bare skin as well as layered on top of foundation, even more matte bases. They seemed more pigmented upon swatching on my arm, but in practice, they had medium coverage that was easy to sheer out further or build up for greater coverage if desired. The reason for this was because the formula had enough glide and spread that it naturally sheered out during application, so one had to layer for truly opaque coverage.
