Strawberries and Cream is my new favourite! Delicious with cashew milk. Reminds me of strawberry Angel Delight. I bought these just over 3 months ago, feel better with energy, but still no periods, I was diagnosed with Pcos when I was 11 and now I am 28 and only ever had one period, I was just wondering if I can take anything eles aswell as these tablets? Absolutely love the protein bars they are fab. I have tried all of the flavours available and rate them all. I was pleasantly surprised by the banoffee and raspberry ones which I thought I’d like the least and they are actually my faves. Personally, I found that this blend gave me an added boost at the gym, similar to other protein blends, although I will say I found myself less sore after the gym. The nutritional aspects truly impressed me and I think that definitely helped with my rest and recovery, as well as my added boost. I was sceptical to try at first, as 1- I didn't think i'd enjoy the taste and 2- I didn't know if it would actually work. I'm so glad I tried!!
